1. Area Calculation for Price Calculation would be L x H or B whichever two digits
are higher.
2. The two higher digits will be rounded off to next highest digit for wastage
calculation.
3. If the size less than 1’ it would be considered as 1’ (Running ft).
4. If the Size is above 7 ’ it would be considered as 8 ’ for Area Calculation.

GLASS

1. Area Calculation for Price Calculation would be L x H.
2. It will be rounded off to next highest digit on both L x H for wastage calculation.

GYPSUM FALSE CEILING

1. Area Calculation for Price Calculation would be L x B
2. If the size less than 1’ it would be considered as 1’ (Running ft).
3. All area where ever Gypsum angle/gypsum support is required it would be
considered as Rft and not Sqft.

GRANITE

1. Price Calculation would be L x 39” X 25% for Wastage.
2. Installation cost would be L x B.
3. Installation cost for bottom skirting/top slab skirting will be calculated in Rft.
4. Double Moduling Installation cost would L x B and 1’ Running for bottom strip.

TILES

1. Area Calculation for Price Calculation would be L x H x 20% wastage (It would
depend on Floor layout)
2. Instalaltion cost would be LxH.
2. Skirting (3”/ 4”) Installation cost would be calculated on 1’ (running ft)

WALL PAINTING

1. Area Calculation for Price Calculation/ Installtion cost would be L x B.
2. If the painting area less than 1’ it would be considered as 1’ (Running ft).
3. All area whever painting is done it would be calculated for total Sqft/Rft.
